pousada surpassed expectations, beautiful grounds with sea view, excellent staff and food

wifi didn't work properly in room

staff were affable, and the free parking was available. food is great and exceptional. we liked our time here.

Located at the one of the most beautiful beaches in the region. Easy access to the beach. Wonderful for jogging. The beach, known as "praia grande", which means big beach, is a 50 km long, white sand beach. Very friendly staff. Good and reasonable priced food is served at the hotel restaurant. The room we stayed at was of good size. Wi-fi is free and available at the whole area.

Not all staff speak good English. Some of the rooms are quite "beaten up". The internet is very slow, do not expect to be able to download or upload large files like high resolution photos.

The property is much bigger than it looks from the outside, with a sauna, pool, and restaurant. The rooms are clean and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The breakfast is amazing, with delicious cakes, different kinds of breads, ham, cheese, and fresh juices. The staff are very welcoming and kind, providing early check-in and excellent customer care. The location is perfect, just a short walk from Praia Grande, ideal for sunset watching.

The staff was charming, and the food (breakfast, lunch and dinner) was spectacular. Really enjoyed our stay there despite the bad weather.

The only problem was that the sauna was not working for the time we were there - we feel that the problem should have been fixed after one day or some of the money refunded.

The service was friendly and the property was amazing. We loved our room and the layout of the property. The location of the property to the beach was perfect! The beach here is one of the best in the world!

We felt incredibly fortunate to have found this place and had nothing to complain about.

Great location close to the beach and within walking distance of restaurants and cafes. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a nice view from the balcony. The breakfast had a variety of delicious options to choose from, including fresh fruit and tasty pastries.

The quality of the towels and linen could have been better. Also, some of the staff seemed a bit unfriendly and the list of rules and restrictions given during check-in was a bit excessive.

They even allowed me to check in early and provided me with a beautiful room overlooking the swimming pool. the gardens and overall design of the pousada were delightful, and I particularly enjoyed the outdoor bar with its happy hour specials. the restaurant onsite was fantastic and had the best food in town - I highly recommend trying the Chef's 3-course option. the spacious room had comfortable beds and efficient air conditioning to keep me cool at night. the breakfast selection was fresh and offered a variety of delicious options to suit everyone's taste. Finally, the pousada's location was unbeatable, with the beach just a minute away and perfect for sunset viewing. Cons: No 🙁.
